PT Kaneka Foods Indonesia adalah anak perusahaan dari KANEKA Corporation yang didirikan di Jepang sekitar tahun 1949. PT Kaneka Foods Indonesia mulai memproduksi margarin dan shortening dalam skala besar dan terus berkembang pesat dengan menghasilkan produk-produk berkualitas tinggi untuk memenuhi pasar roti serta penganan.

KANEKA Corporation telah membangun sekitar 9 pabrik di Jepang dan 3 pabrik di luar Jepang, sebagai food manufacturing. Dengan pengalaman lebih dari 60 tahun di bidang food science dan food technology, KANEKA telah menjadi salah satu supplier utama dalam penyediaan bahan baku roti di negara Jepang, dengan angka penjualan melebihi 50 milyar yen, atau setara dengan 72 triliun rupiah.

Di Indonesia, KANEKA Corporation bermitra dengan Mitsubishi Corporation sebagai pemegang 40% saham KANEKA Foods Indonesia. Pabrik KANEKA Foods Indonesia dibangun di Karawang pada tahun 2013, dan sejak itu, KANEKA Foods Indonesia menyediakan bahan baku makanan untuk berbagai varian merek makanan ritel, hotel, restoran, dan juga toko roti serta kue di Indonesia seiring terus mendukung perkembangan industri makanan melalui food science dan food technology yang dimilikinya.

Sampai saat ini saat ini, PT Kaneka Foods Indonesia telah beroperasi di berbagai bidang pengolahan dan penjualan produk-produk khusus dalam jumlah besar, diantaranya seperti bahan pangan, obat-obatan, perangkat kesehatan, plastik fungsional, plastik elastis, bahan kimia, bahan baku peralatan listrik, dan serat sintetis.

PLC Sr. Staff

Main Responsibility:

To carry out preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of machines according to schedule.
To fill out checklists and keep the record property.
To response to requests from other departments for repair and maintenance tasks
To solve problems on PLC and SCADA with basic PLC knowledge, troubleshooting is done by yourself, but limited to machines that are still under warranty.
To process and upgrade PLC and SCADA systems on a regular basis.
To contribute to action plans and targets of the Leaders.
To communicate about the operation, maintenance, and project to the relevant department
To carry out production and maintenance schedules.
To plan and organize spare parts supply.

Requirements and skills:

Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung.
Willing to work in shift.
Minimum education D3 majoring in Industrial Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
Open for fresh-graduate
Having trained in basic PLC (certified)
Must have good command in English.
Having Occupational Health And Safety knowledge.
Computer literate.
Communicate to others to convey information effectively

Maintenance Foreman

Main Responsibility:

To execute preventive maintenance procedures on building and mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis
To clean and inspect utility facilities with appropriate chemicals (boiler, compressor, WTP, WWTP, Chiller, cooling tower, HVAC, etc).
To calibrate and repair pneumatic system.
To repair or replace parts of factory building.
To fill in building maintenance checklists, and equipment maintenance procedures properly, and to keep records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
To operate computers for the purpose of controlling and monitoring mechanical equipment and utility systems.
To install electrical wiring and equipment, including but not limited to new or replacement electrical wiring.
To repair electrical equipment and control circuits, including but not limited to faulty electrical switches or repair of refrigeration equipment.
To repair any electrical equipment and control panel to maintain building security.
To respond to urgent requests for maintenance and repair tasks,
To assist supervising renovation and remodeling of factory building.
To calculate estimated parts supplies, repair parts, and order spare parts if needed

Requirements and skills:

Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung
Wiling to work in shift
Minimum education D3 majoring in Industrial Engineer or Electrical Engineer
Minimum experiences 2 years in the same field.
Having Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) knowledge
Having refrigerant cooling system knowledge
Having SIO boiler/crane is more preferred
Must have good command in English
Having basic building and construction knowledge
Having Occupational Health And Safety knowledge
Computer literate.
Communicate to others to convey information effectively.
