POSISI LOWONGAN :

X-Star Development Program (Commercial)

1. CVM Operation Channel Management

Requirement:

  • Understanding project management, digital marketing & CRM automation
    Understanding SQL, Digital marketing, Documentation & CRM automation
    Good communication ability, good business presentation ability

Job Description:

  • Supporting offer improvement project starts from requirement gathering, progress tracking, supporting testing and deliverable process
    Integrate commercial requirements into CVM offerings, focusing on product placement, eligibility rules, menu constructs, key visuals, and system health monitoring
    Governing process of real time product creation starts from requirement gathering, development, UAT & production
    Managing & translating commercial requirement into campaign and not limited to capability deliverable

2. CVM Data Science

Requirement:

  • Understanding of Data Warehouse, RDBM system, Statistics/Analytics, Predictive Modeling, and Predictive Modeling
    Hands On experience of SQL & Python
    Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI
    Good interpersonal skills – to collaborate with the stakeholders & teamwork
    Good creative thinking
    Python, R, SPSS, Knime

Job Description:

  • Work with different parts of the business (commercial strategy team, geo-marketing, customer operations, etc.) and provide analytical assets using big data, machine learning, and visualization tools.
    Design and develop algorithms to gain insights from big data and to identify new data-driven products and services with working knowledge of primarily using Big Data & Analytics tools, e.g., IBM SPSS, R, Python, Hadoop, Hive, Spark.
    Work closely with commercial, campaigns & technology teams to establish data pipelines from data sourcing to customer and targeting
    Project and hands-on experience in descriptive, predictive, and optimization models to enhance revenue generation, reduce churn and gain operational efficiency.

3. CVM Commercial

Requirements:

  • Understand CRM, Loyalty management, Churn management
    Data understanding, gap analysis, root cause analysis
    Good communication, good project management, good presentation

Job Description:

  • Identify churn rate by cohort that needs to be improved
    Develop A/B testing to decide the campaign strategy
    Closely monitor market dynamics to maintain customer base
    To monitor each campaign that is running and evaluate for next improvement
    Present the overall performance of customer base management

4. Mass Segment (Retail Proposition)

Requirements:

  • Ability to run ESIM campaign on webstore to attract more acquisition
    Ability to create end to end project and liase with IT Team
    Ability to do a monetization on a webstore campaign to generate revenue

Job Description:

  • Subscriber Growth of 50% YoY
    Deliver at least 2 Product Development
    Revenue Growth of 25% YoY

5. Youth Segment (Youth Touchpoints Management)

Requirements:

  • Minimum knew office suite, GA 360 suite, mo engage or similar customer engagement platforms
    Preferable have experience interaction with IT/Tech teams
    Experience in an online/digital subscription business or e-commerce is preferable
    Deep understanding of consumer insights and digital trends
    Experienced in tracking campaign performance and pulling insights from campaigns
    Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
    Knowledge in SQL and data visualization tool is a bonus
    Ability to analyze data, interpret and present meaningful stories
    Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
