POSISI : FUTURE LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FLDP) – FOR OVERSEAS SCHOLARSHIP

Detailed work :

• Future Leader Development Program (FLDP) is an exclusive curriculum of management trainee (MT) as a Career Development Program for fresh graduates and experienced, who will be intensively educated in the sales and financing business lines in Nusantara Sakti Group. This program aims to create competent individuals to become future leaders in NS Group.

In this program, you will be given lessons on:

• Retail Sales of Honda two-wheeled Automotive,
  Survey and analyze consumer credit quality,
  Establish and manage a productive sales team (Supervisory),
  Develop and implement branch sales strategies,
  Maintain the quality of booking units,
  Managing and improving sales and survey productivity
  This program combines the learning process in theory (In Class Training) and the largest portion is field practice (On Job Training) which is guided and accompanied by experienced Mentors / Seniors in their fields.

Qualifications :

• Maximum age 30 years old
  Education minimum S1 all majors
  Target-oriented
  Have a good understanding of business
  Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
  Proficient in using MS. Excel
  Able to drive a motor vehicle and have a C license
  Willing to follow the service bond for 1 year
  Willing to leave the diploma during the program period until the service bond is completed
  Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia
