1. Production Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree or above from all major (Industrial Engineering or Management is preferred)
  Possess up to 2 years working experience in production management field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
  Understand the production process and lean manufacture concept
  Strong in problem analysis and solving skills
  Good at leadership skills, personality, communication, and highly responsible
  Understand ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and EHS and others
  Have good management skills
  Able to guide team to achieve target
  Understand and uphold product quality management
  Able to carry out management in planning, organizing, directing and controlling
  Understand the management and implementation of 6S
  Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

• Allocate the production resource based on the schedule and control the production process
  Coordinate the implementation of resources, improve the production efficiency, and control manufacture cost based on the requirement of process document
  Carry out the work with the KPI project as the traction manager and process manager
  Continuously optimize management method and improve business skill
  Do a good job in echelon & humanistic construction and create a positive team atmosphere

2. Purchasing Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business, Finance, or Chinese Studies
  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or possess up to 2 years working experience
  Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
  Proactive, adaptable, creative, target oriented, and detail oriented
  Strong in analytical and logical thinking
  Understand ERP system and Microsoft Office tools
  Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

• Handle end to end purchasing activities (Research potential vendor, evaluate their offers, negotiate contract terms, and monitor the goods arrival at warehouse
  Fulfill all purchasing request and ensure all the purchased goods arrive safely and on time
  Ensure the quality of purchased goods meet company’s standard
  Maintain good relationship with our vendors and review their performances
  Prepare and maintain all type of purchasing report
  Do some administrative tasks related to purchasing

3. Product Electronic Engineer

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree or above from Electronics Engineering/ Electronic related major
  Fluent in English or Mandarin
  Minimum 5 years working experience in Manufacturing field
  Understand advance knowledge of electronic component and materials, especially smartphone components
  Understand high and low frequency electronic circuits, analog circuits, and digital circuits
  Familiar with GSM communication principles and corresponding standards
  Strong analytical and logical thinking, fast learner, high initiative and curiosity.
  Possess an excellent communication and problem solving skills
  Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

• Timely analyze of the production abnormality, promote an actions to ensure the quality of process, and ensure the production continuity.
  According to feedback from production, maintenance, quality and MES system, identify safety, reliability and INT issues, timely analyze and find the cause of non conforming devices, promote a correction to maintain the functional pass rate and Quality Control pass rate.
  Lead the problem handling and push the improvement and preventive action.
  Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient, to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the product.
  According to the material requirement, priority use request, project guidance and other document requirements, timely processing the document to ensure the daily work results are good.
  Continuously improve and reduce process loss in testing process.

4. Test Maintenance Technician

Job Requirement :

• Diploma degree from electronics/ electrical engineering major
  Good at speaking and writing in English
  Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills, high initiative, and curiosity.
  Fast learner, have a strong logical and analytical thinking, and good at problem solving
  Familiar with electronic circuit components and logic on industry automation
  Understand the maintenance principle for mechanical and electrical components
  Able to work in shift (if needed)
  Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

• Quickly respond to do equipment set-up and handle production abnormality of testing machine to keep continuity and efficiency of the production
  Daily monitor, maintain, and report retest rate of the testing equipment. Do feedback in time if found abnormality
  Conduct the regularly inspection and maintenance of all testing machines on the production line
  Take in charge on new model/machine verification, projects, and improvements
  Continuously improve the usage of backup machine, spare part and machine repair

5. Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Requirement :

• Diploma degree from mechanical/electronics/electrical engineering
  Good at speaking and writing in English
  Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills, good at team work
  Fast Learner, strong logical & analytical thinking, and good at problem solving
  Familiar with equipment structure and working principle
  Able to work in shift (if needed)
  Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure equipment of assembly lines to run normally, enhance productivity and conformity rate of equipment
  Make an assessment about equipment failures and take in charge of handling malfunctions of fixtures and equipment in assembly lines
  Take part in the newly introduced equipment debugging and acceptance inspection
  Participate in the review of the equipment problem from trial to mass production
  Provide training and guidance writing about the assembly equipment and fixtures
  Handle equipment reparation and maintenance in cooperation with production department
  Continuously improve equipment management system and maintenance rules and regulations
