• Manufacturing Management Trainee (Indonesia)
  Asst. Specialist – Mandarin Speaker

Job Description :

• Receive training and have job rotation in such as Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Development etc.
  Learn various knowledge of footwear and staff management from each function, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
  Perform routine duty which is set by upper management and meet goals and objec tives set upon the position.
  Report to manager on the progress of learning and task progress
  Observe experienced workers or peers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties
  Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data entry, presentation creation, customer service as needed
  Participate into projects required by manager to gain related products/process/im provement knowledges

Requirements :

• Indonesian who is willing to relocate to Pemalang, with domestic or oversea travels for training
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, young graduates are also welcome
  Proficient in Chinese/English and Bahasa
  Motivate toward career growth and learning
  Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
  Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
