Posisi Lowongan :

1. Site Manager

Role Descriptions

• Overall project leadership and coordination.
  Project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  Site safety management and enforcement.
  Client and stakeholder communication.
  Problem-solving and issue resolution.
  Compliance with permits and regulations.
  Risk management and mitigation.
  Progress monitoring and reporting.
  Closeout and handover of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  English Proficient
  Thorough understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  Strong leadership and team management skills.
  Ability to make decisions under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
  Proven ability to identify and resolve issues on-site in a timely and efficient manner.
  Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

2. Civil Engineer

Role Descriptions

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in West Java area. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the planning, design, and technical drawing stages of construction projects.
  Perform cost calculations and prepare financial projections.
  Prepare a work schedule together with the project manager.
  Establish collaboration with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  Ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
  Document processes and maintain detailed construction logs.
  Provide construction project progress updates to clients and managers.
  Perform routine testing of materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  Having a valid SKK is preferred.
  At least 5 years of experience as a construction civil engineer.
  English Proficient.
  Proficient in using related engineering software.
  In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
  Have good skills in communication, leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  Willing to work on a contract and be placed at the West Java area project site.

3. MEP Engineer

Role Descriptions

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Engineer located in the West Java area. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the planning, design, and technical drawing stages of construction projects.
  Perform cost calculations and prepare financial projections.
  Prepare a work schedule together with the project manager.
  Establish collaboration with clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  Ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
  Document processes and maintain detailed construction logs.
  Provide construction project progress updates to clients and managers.
  Perform routine testing of materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  Having a valid Serkom is preferred.
  At least 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer/Drafter/Supervisor.
  English Proficient.
  Proficient in using related engineering software.
  In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
  Have good skills in communication, leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  Willing to work on a contract and be placed at the West Java area project site.

4. Finance & Accounting Staff

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Staff located in Cikarang Selatan. The Finance and Accounting Staff will be responsible for

• Financial planning and budgeting
  Financial statements, reporting, and reconciliation
  Handle the company’s daily transaction
  Bookkeeping and financial records
  Accounts payable and receivable
  Expense management and compliance
  Fixed asset tracking
  Tax compliance, payment, and reporting.
  The role requires ensuring compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls, and providing support for tax preparation and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  Demonstrated experience in accounting and financial analysis including financial statements, budgets, and forecasting methods in a construction field for at least 1 year
  Fluency in English will be preferred
  Excellent accounting software user skills with knowledge of Accurate and Microsoft Office
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  Knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and regulations
  Exceptional communication abilities with a service-oriented and team-player mindset
  Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy abilities
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
