Senior staff OEM Sales (Code: Sales)

Main Responsibility:

  • Carrying on the business process of OEM Sales & Marketing by arranging and coordinating Internally to ensure smooth transaction in OEM business
  • Qualification:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive industry with maximum age of 30
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal relation capacity to maintain bonding and good relation with all kind of customer
  • Having good experience in sales management and having intelligence in the area of automotive market
  • Good in English is a must
  • Good Analytical capability and awareness for the critical contingencies in terms of economic conditions, competitors,customer and other related aspects
  • Strong attention to detail as well as the quality of deliverable

Job Description:

  • Nurture relationship with all Customers
  • Acquiring customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
  • Setting out an action plan of customer-related activities
  • Recording all customer-related-sales data
  • Preparing sales data for cost and quotation
  • Analyzing competitors’ activity
  • Supervising delivery to customers
  • Customer Master Purchase Agreement Review and Checking
  • Stay knowledgeable and updated regarding customer manual
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success

Junior staff Purchasing (Code: Purchasing)

Job Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Mechanical/Industrial engineering with GPA minimum 3.00
  • Preferably staff with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the related field (automotive/spartpart) with maximum age of 28
  • Demonstrated strong capability in sourcing and communication with supplier.
  • Willing to be placed in Ciracas, East Jakarta

Job Description:

  • Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
  • Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
  • Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
