POSISI LOWONGAN :

1. Import Sales Executive (Jakarta, Surabaya)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Canvass cargo for all trades to get workable & accurate importer info feedback via weekly sales visit, entry weekly sales data in OVCRM/similar system, sending sales lead and update customer profiles & conditions in the system base on updated information received.
    Maintain existing nominated client base and increase MSC presence/share in the market by expanding the scope of current client base.
    Keep good relationship with import customers and always update the market situation and competitors’ activities to Import Sales Manager.
    Promote MSC’s services to clients and to identify new market and customer through market research.
    Problem Solving by actively coordinate with internal and oversea offices to ensure smooth service provided to customers in timely manner.
    Ad-hoc assignment from Import Sales Manager.
    Monitoring FOB shipment negotiated to ensure smooth process from booking until arrive at POD.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    Minimum 3 years of experience in Import Commercial Business
    Knowledge of Shipping Business Process and Market situation
    Good team player, self initiative, and innovative
    Good English proficiency both verbal and written
    Required Skill(s): communication, presentation, find and maintain relationship with customer, networking
    Excellent negotiation and communications skills

2. Trade Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Trade Manager To monitor space / allocation VS each vessel and coordinate with Operation / Transshipment Department on equipment availability (eg: equipment shortage problem)
    Assisting Trade Manger liaise with Principal and other MSC Agents for specific issue / problem
    Assisting Trade manager co-ordinate with various departments and out ports to resolve any problems arising from any shipment and to instruct / guide all staff in any case.
    Assisting Trade Manger monitor schedules and organized and advertise flashes and special events for the company
    To handle and manage any Cross-Trade shipments
    Sending a sales lead to destination for FOB cargo in which the shipment decision is on buyer’s or consignee hands and maintain to follow up the shipment properly
    Assisting Trade Manager to submit Monthly Report to General Manager on each vessel’s performance, lifting, and client support level.
    To submit weekly report to principal, i.e: Mix Account report & Weekly Long Range Forecast Report

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplines from reputable university
    Minimum 2 years of experience as CS, Pricing, or Documentation in Shipping Company
    Good team player, fast learner and innovative
    Good English proficiency both verbal and written
    Required Skill(s): data analytical, advanced Microsoft office skills
    Keen interest in Shipping Business Process and Market Situation

3. Operation Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Request to terminal to open stacking cargo for MSC vessel by email and update on web terminal system.
    Update cargo status after cut off export cargo at CY to commercial team.
    Prepare preload plan and submit to vessel.
    Prepare and send email baplie discharge to terminal.
    Prepare and send email for cargo supporting document to terminal.
    Prepare and send preplan to operation manager and export team.
    Prepare and submit arrival/ departure notice to immigration systems.
    Prepare and send arrival letter to quarantine office.
    Prepare and submit arrival vessel data’s (Warta kedatangan) into inaportnet system.
    Request to terminal to create Rencana Kerja Bongkar Muat (RKBM) in order to get berthing approval in inaportnet system.
    Prepare data and apply Permohonan Pelayanan Kapal & Barang (PPKB) on IBS terminal system.
    Prepare and submit SPOGK in to Harbor Master system.
    Apply Dangerous Goods permit to Otorita Pelabuhan in order to get permit from Harbor master.
    Coordination with port authority (CIQP) after vessel alongside
    Discuss with Chief Officer after vessel alongside
    Prepare and send email request Clearance of Prepratique and Port Health Quarantine Clearance billing payment from quarantine systems.
    Prepare and request light dues and VTS billing payment from Inaportnet system.
    Operational monitoring for vessel activity during ship alongside and report Operation Manager and concern party.
    Request harbor dues to the finance after get billing code from Inaportnet system.
    Prepare and submit departure vessel data’s (Warta keberangkatan) into inaportnet system
    Prepare port clearance for departure.
    Discuss with master/ chief officer for departure planning.
    Send final plan to Operation manager.
    Prepare and send email to terminal related NIL VAT for stevedoring and port charge invoice.
    Prepare and submit monthly report to port authority,

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
    Excellent English proficiency both spoken and written.
    A minimum of 1-2 year experience in vessel operation (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
    Having experience in handling for DG Cargo and Special Cargo (Breakbulk, OOG, reefer, etc) would be more preferable.
    Knowledge of Shipping Business Process.

4. Documentation Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Export:

  • General BL Preparation;
    Checking Shipping Instruction (SI) and BL data, check to local requirement of the destination port.
    Send the Draft BL to the shipper.
    Reviewing all amendment BL request from customer
    Open/created manifest corrector.
    Process and send draft switch BL to Shipper/Agent.
    Manage COD BL Issue
    Create EBL & SWB
    Register OVA
    Provide shipping certificates to customers.
    Complete the fetching rates once feeder sailed in order to provide invoice by finance team and DTX transmission purpose.
    Updating the transshipment as per SOB report was provided by traffic management.
    Correspondence and communication about the Documentation requirement (email / phone) with customer and principal as well, with the Documentation Supervisor’s approval or acknowledgement.

Import:

  • Notice of Arrival preparation, production & distribution.
    Handle & process redress (Minor/Major)
    Checking & update data Consignee and notify party between DTX vs B/L data, including EMC process.
    Corresponding email about vessel schedule, vessel delay, data correction from internal and external party and others email correspondence.
    Handle incoming & outgoing calls & emails.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
    Required language: English
    6 – 12 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
    Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

5. Export Customer Service Officer (Talent Pool)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Do booking acceptance
    Releasing booking confirmation
    Clean up Booking
    Checking SOB
    Email communication, send weekly schedule to customer, read and respond all email from/to customer in timely manner (during office hour in the same day) – ensure that customer requirements are met – inform customers if any issues or changing connecting vessel in the booking by trade coordinator (diversion, roll, advance) – inform customers if any VGM issues at transshipment – checking feedback from customer
    Phone communication, give all information that customer needed
    Problem solving, provide the correct information and solution in timely avoid delay response to customers
    VGM Monitoring
    Updating feeder schedule by sending weekly schedule to customer
    Perform any duties as assigned by Export Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
    Required language: English.
    At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Job Description:

  • Create invoice via system and send to customer by timely manner.
    Ensure correctness and double check invoice creation prior to send to customer.
    Follow up payment collection to customer.
    Verify payment for e-DO release for branches.
    Payment allocation into SAP system by timely manner.
    Communicate closely with related department and branches.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
    Able to operate and use MS Excel, MS office and Outlook.
    Able to communicate in English (writing and at least passive verbal)
    At least 1 year of experience in Finance or Account Receivable/Invoicing is preferable. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
