POSISI : FOOTBALL TESTING TECHNICIAN (OCPT)

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive tests on football shoes, focusing on functionality, comfort, and quality.
  Execute human perception testing to assess the user experience of football shoes.
  Perform measurements, record data, and conduct wear trials for new developments in football footwear.
  Ensure that testing results align with the functionality requirements of the shoes and contribute to future improvements.
  Implement best practices in testing methodologies to guarantee accurate and reliable results.
  Communicate effectively with the development team and other relevant departments regarding test results and trial conclusions.
  Collaborate with testers to gather valuable feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  Play a critical role in launching successful product lines by contributing to the enhancement of football shoe designs.
  Work independently and as part of the OCPT team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
  Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, outcomes, and recommendations for future testing.

Requirements :

• Experience and profound understanding of football testing within the footwear industry.
  Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for documentation and analysis.
  Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to articulate test results and conclusions effectively.
  Proactive communicator with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  Strong organizational skills to manage multiple testing scenarios and projects concurrently.
  Flexibility, tenacity, and a can-do attitude are essential attributes for success in this role.
  Ability to work collaboratively with the OCPT team and other relevant departments.
  Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and produce accurate, detailed results.
  Capability to adapt to evolving testing methodologies and industry standards.
  Commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality in football shoe testing.
