Perseroan dibentuk melalui proses restrukturisasi pada tahun 1991 dan semula Perseroan bernama PT Scanchemie yang pada tahun 1970 memulai kegiatan produksi komersial produk farmasi dalam skala besar. Seiring dengan perjalanan waktu, Perseroan melalui entitas anaknya juga telah memproduksi produk kosmetik dan produk konsumen sejak tahun 1977.

Peran utama TLOG adalah mengelola Distribution Center dan Fulfillment Center yang efektif dan efisien. TLOG mengoperasikan Distribution Center (DC) di berbagai lokasi, yaitu Bekasi, Cikarang, Surabaya, Bandar Lampung, dan akan diperluas lebih lanjut. Selain itu TLOG juga mengoperasikan e-Commerce Fulfillment Service (EFS) yang berlokasi di Bekasi dan di Surabaya dan akan terus diperkuat ke depannya untuk mendukung pertumbuhan segment e-commerce yang sangat pesat. TLOG telah menggunakan SAP-WMS (Warehouse Management System) dan SAP barcode system sejak tahun 2012.

Tempo Scan Management Trainee is a platform for young talents to become future leaders in Tempo Scan Group. These best young talents would be placed in the key positions of sales, operations, supply chain and finance unit at the Distribution division to ensure the sustainability of the business in the future.

DISTRIBUTION DIVISION

The Distribution Division is the business unit that plays an important role in distributing the Tempo Scan products to customers, which necessitates a synchronized long term planning with Tempo Scan’s manufacturing and marketing units, as well as in distributing products from external principals, given the complex distribution and logistics landscape in Indonesia. The product portfolio includes consumer health, pharmaceuticals, fast-moving consumer goods and cosmetics.

The Division serves the customers from 51 sales branches throughout Indonesia, covering Pharma, Modern Trade, and General Trade channels.

The companies under the division are headquartered at Tempo Scan Tower, Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said Kav. 3-4, South Jakarta with branches and operational coverage throughout Indonesia

Who We Are Looking For?

General Requirements:

• Age Max 25 Yrs. (Bachelor’s Degree) and 27 Yrs. (Master’s Degree)
  Fresh graduate / Experienced max 2 years
  Actively involved as a leader in organizational activities/committee
  Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  Excellent presentation skills, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
  Willing to be located nationwide.

1.TSMT DIST – Sales (Code: TSMT DIST- SAL)

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Marketing/ Business/ Management/ Logistics/ Veterinary Medicine with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Passionate about sales
  Know/interest in sales, consumer goods, and consumer behavior
  Able to drive a car or ride a motorcycle and have your own driving license category A and/or C

2. TSMT DIST – Operation (Code: TSMT DIST- OPR)

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Management/ Logistics/ Veterinary Medicine with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Passionate about branch operational management
  Know/interest in logistics and distribution services

3. TSMT DIST – Supply Chain (Code: TSMT DIST – SCH)

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information System / Engineering/Business/Management/Logistics with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
  Knowledge or experience in SAP and programming would be an advantage

4. TSMT DIST – Finance (Code: TSMT DIST – FIN)

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Passionate about accounting, finance, and tax
  Know/interest in financial audit procedures, financial statements & tax regulation
