POSISI LOWONGAN :

1. Procurement Engineer (Site Based)

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
  Min. 3 year experiences in Procurement / Purchasing area.
  Good knowledge of quality the equipment/materials according to international standard specifications and subcontractor / service as well.
  Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specifications
  Sound knowledge of SCM (having knowledge of export import regulation, project management and / or contract management are advantages)
  Time manageable, target oriented and able to facing under pressure and urgent basis.
  Risk and exposure due diligence.
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
  Able to maintain and uphold work and business ethics
  Willing to based in Site

2. Project Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of preferably in Engineering
  Min. 1 years previous experiences in managing mining project and a demonstrable understanding of basic operational excellence in mining project and mining project management.
  Holder of POM (minimum) / POU (preferred).
  Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management
  Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
  Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program
  Having a high commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment.
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

3. QA/QC Engineer

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
  Min. 1 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation
  preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
  Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 91 and implementation
  Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
  Thorough understanding for Document Management System
  Team workers and organizing people
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

4. Senior Surveyor

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Any major
  Min 3-4 years experiences as a Surveyor in mining / engineering industry
  EPC Surveying certified.
  Hold POP competency.
  Outstanding leadership skill.
  Able to operate EPC survey equipment.
  May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements.
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian are preferred.

5. Human Capital Officer

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Any Major
  Min. 1 year of work experiences in Human Resources,
  Excellent in web and mobile programming
  Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction.
  Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required).
  Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organization.
  Good written and verbal communication
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

6. Senior Planner

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
  Min 2-3 years experiences as Planner/Scheduler.
  Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P6) includes associated software and demonstrated competence in producing effectively formatted schedules and reports.
  Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling.
  Ability to design and calculate duration of a project.
  Ability to establish policies and procedures.
  Ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
  Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism.

7. Construction Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Mininig Engineering
  Min. 1 years previous experiences in mining operation (production), minimum 5 years in senior position responsible for entire production operation.
  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  Familiar with mining planning and interface with operations.
  Familiar with mining software
  May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
  Willing to be placed in all company location
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

8. Senior Cost Controller

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
  Min. 2-3 years experiences as cost controller, scheduler, or project control.
  Knowledge of best practice in Project Administration and having communication, organizational and management skills
  Ability to operate computer and other office facility
  Determine the requirements for Project Control
  Works in detail but can comprehend the “big picture”, analytical thinking and creative.
  Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

9. Senior Contract Engineer

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
  Min. 4 years experiences dealing with contract.
  Possess strong analytical thinking skill.
  Attention to details.
  Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written.
  Requires traveling to Project Site as required.
  Possess strong analytical thinking skill.

10. Contract Superintendent

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
  Min. 7 years experiences in cost control and contract administration
  Understand basic Coal Mining cost concept, activity based costing and cost accounting
  Understand basic Coal Mining production
  Ability to operate computer and other office facilities
  Vendor/suppliers/subcontractors meetings and visits
  Possess strong analytical thinking skill.
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
  Requires traveling to Project Site as required.

11. SHE Officer

Qualification :

• Diploma Degree of Any major
  Minimal 1 year have experinces in SHE Field implementation at High risk industry
  Hold AK3 certified from government (will be preferred if hold POP certificate)
  Will be prefered if understand of Mining Safety, Marine Safety and or Plant Safety
  Able to conduct presentation
  Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
  Communicative and inovative
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

12. Mechanical Supervisor

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
  2-3 years experiences in mechanical discipline.
  Knowing in technical requirements associated with project drawing development or design engineering.
  Possess broad knowledge in mechanical system.
  Good analytical and supervisory skill.
  Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
  Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

13. Mechanical Foreman

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
  1 year experiences in mechanical discipline.
  Knowing in technical requirements associated with project drawing development or design engineering.
  Possess broad knowledge in mechanical system.
  Good analytical and supervisory skill.
  Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
  Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

14. Warehouse Foreman

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Preferably Engineering major, technical trade, or project type background is required.
  Min. 3 year experiences in warehouse preferably in EPC industries.
  Strong general engineering skill and mechanical aptitude.
  Sound knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
  Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
  Awareness of ERP system (e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards) would be an advantage but are not essential.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, teamwork, and motivate people.
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

15. Logistic Supervisor

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree of Any Major
  Min. 5 years working experiences in dealing with Logistics.
  Understanding knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
  Awareness of ERP system [e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards] would be an advantage but are not essential and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
  Familiar with Plant and Equipment and able to operate.
  Able to work under high pressure.
  Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
