1. CRM Operation Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Creating an effective customer journey from lead generation, lead nurturing and loyalty engagement
Ensuring that all system and channels are connected and able to support the automation journey
Involve in creating and continuously improve contents that being promoted through CRM Channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in System information is preferable
Have minimum 8 years experience in related field
Have a good skills in CRM, CRM Software Proficiency and Marketing
Have skills in Data Management and Analysis, Segmentation & Personalization
Have vast understanding of campaign journey, automatlons andomnichannel marketing
Understand the basic concept of SOAL, A/B Testing, lead management
Have background in handling sales force, Good In Innovation and adaptability
Fluent in English
2. Business Intelligence Manager
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and Objectives.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple points to generate meaningful insights and recommendations
Coliaborate with IT teams to design and maintain a robust data integrations
Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to effactivety communicate insights to stakeholders.
Work ciosely with various department to understand their data needs. provide analytical support, and help drive Gata-informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
Have minimum 10 years experience from Tech company
Have a good skills in Business analytics, business planning, data management, data visualization
Good in Innovation, adaptability, communication and stakeholder management
Fluent in English
3. Outbound Call Center Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Setting up outbound call center plan
Creating strategy and plan for outbound call center
Execute pilot project
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
Have minimum 8 years experience in related field
Have a good skills in Customer Service Planning, Sales and Customer Service Expertise
Have experience in Performance Monitoring and Analysis & Report Generation
Good skills in Data Management and Technology Proficiency, Call Script Development & Quality Assurance Processes
4. Strategic Planning Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive digital customer experience (CX) strategy
Analyze and map the Customer joumey to identity opportunities for improving the overall digital CX.
Utilize custorner data and analytics to gain insights and leverage this information to drive data-driven strategies.
Develop and implemaent stratagias to enhance customer engagement through digital channels, including WA, MyHyundai, Bluelink and Email
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, after sales, channeis, dealer, marketing and tech team to ensure alignment and Integration
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to maasure the effectiveness of CRM and regulariy monitor and report on perlormance for turther improvement.
Translate and cascade communications plan from principal to dealer
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to secure buy-in and support for digital CX strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
Have minimum 10 years experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing area
Good in Digital Marketing skilis (including owned, earned and paid), Marketing Pianning Skills, Sense of creativity, Project management skilis
Have vast understanding of Customer Journey, CRM, Automations and Omnichannel marketing, Innovation and Adaptability, Communication and Stakeholder Management
Fluent English
5. Dealer Digital Marketing Senior Specialist
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing that will be generated by the strategic planning team to the dealer side
Socialize, implement and monitor dealer digital marketing toolbox to the dealer part
Helps and ensure all brand guideline from HMC are well implemented on the dealer digital marketing activities
Helps oversee and supervise the SNS and KOL Activities conducted by Dealers
Set and ensure the metrics that has been agreed are achieved and continuously improve
Oversee and enhance website owned by Dealers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
Have minimum 6 years experience in related field, prefer coming from automotive industry
Have a good skill in Digital Marketing skills (including paid, owned and earned media), Project Management, Marketing Planning Skills
Have a good Sense of creativity, Innovation and adaptability, vast understanding in Automotive Category sales process
Fluent English
6. Tax Manager
Responsibilities
- Provides innovative tax planning and strategies to optimize company’s cash fiow
Providea variety of tax services in accordance with laws and regulations in a period of tirne
Identification and mitigation of tax risks
Manage tax provision and tax compliance processes.
Manage and coordinate tax audits
Manage all tax papers regulariy and handie all reguests for information data
Facilitates and manages the preparation and review of corporate federal tax returns and the accurate and timely filing of all tax forms
Find and imptement opportunities for process improvement in corporate tax procedures
Monitor Gevelopments in legisiative tax laws and regulatlons, communicate the impact of these developments to management and the tax team and develop strategies to capitalize on changes to tax law
Liaise with and maintain good relation with tax authority
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tax Accounting or relevant field
Have minimum 10 years experience In Tax Accountant or similar role
Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Accounting Software (SAP)
In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
